Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as one of the most influential technologies of the modern era, transforming various sectors including healthcare, education, business, transportation, and governance. This research paper examines the impact of AI on modern society by analyzing its benefits, challenges, and applications. Primary data were collected from 100 respondents through an online survey to understand public perception regarding AI adoption, benefits, and potential risks. Secondary data were obtained from research articles, reports, and policy documents published between 2018 and 2025. The results indicate that 50% of respondents believe AI has a positive impact on society due to increased efficiency, automation, and improved decision-making. However, 30% expressed concerns regarding job displacement, privacy issues, and algorithmic bias, while 20% maintained a neutral perspective. The study concludes that although AI has the potential to significantly improve economic productivity and quality of life, ethical governance, regulatory frameworks, and responsible implementation are necessary to ensure its sustainable integration into modern society.
