The rapid advancement of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies has revolutionized healthcare systems, enabling more efficient and personalized care. However, as healthcare devices and systems become increasingly interconnected, they also become vulnerable to a wide range of cyber threats. To address these challenges, next-generation artificial intelligence (AI) solutions are being integrated into IoT-enabled smart healthcare environments to enhance security. This paper explores the potential of AI-driven security frameworks for IoT-enabled smart healthcare systems, focusing on machine learning, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics to secure sensitive health data, monitor device integrity, and protect patient privacy.
