📝 Abstract
Consumer thinking plays a crucial role in the smartphone purchasing decision, especially in a highly competitive market. This study focuses on understanding consumer perceptions, preferences, and decisionmaking behavior towards buying Samsung smartphones using an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based analytical approach. AI techniques such as data mining, sentiment analysis, and pattern recognition help identify key factors influencing purchase intentions, including brand trust, product features, pricing, innovation, and aftersales service. The findings reveal that Samsung’s technological innovation and brand reliability significantly impact consumer thinking, making AI a valuable tool for predicting consumer behavior and enhancing marketing strategies.
