The study examines the effectiveness of the reimbursement system at BlueRidge Consulting Services. The primary objective is to analyze employee satisfaction with reimbursement procedures and identify common issues faced during claim submission. The study also evaluates the time taken for processing claims and the awareness level of reimbursement policies among employees. A descriptive research design was adopted, and data were collected from 102 employees using a structured questionnaire. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis, chi-square, correlation, and regression analysis were applied. The findings indicate that communication regarding claim status updates and transparency significantly impact employee satisfaction. The study concludes that improving clarity, automation, and processing speed will enhance the overall effectiveness and reliability of the reimbursement system.
