Employee absenteeism is a significant issue affecting organizational productivity, efficiency, and employee morale. Regular absenteeism from work can disrupt workflow, increase operational costs, and negatively impact overall organizational performance. This study examines employee absenteeism Based on secondary data collected from existing literature, research articles, reports, and organizational studies. The objective is To examine the key reasons for absenteeism and assess its impact on organizations and Examine effective methods for reducing absenteeism. The findings indicate that health Personal challenges, job-related stress, and lack of job satisfaction., poor working conditions, and inadequate employee welfare measures are among the primary Factors leading to employee absenteeism. The study concludes that well-designed human resource practices employee engagement initiatives, and a positive work environment can greatly reduce absenteeism and improve organizational productivity.
